The first community and job board for juniors in tech/IT in Europe on even on the world. It stared as a community in mid of 2017 which grown to 26000 members organically (20-30 new members daily).

It's built on JavaScript and Laravel (PHP). It now has over 4000 registered users.

This is the first community and project like that in Europe/World.

Why are you selling the business?

I want to focus on other startup.

What is included in the sale?

• Community with over 26000 tech people (mostly programmers, mostly juniors, but some regulars/seniors too);
• Website with GitHub repository, database (over 4000 members, companies included);
• Logo, graphics and other materials.
• Fanpage with nearly 10000 likes!

What is the technological stack?

JavaScript (jQuery), PHP (Laravel).

What actions are required to keep the business working?

A little bit of selling and marketing.

How does your business make money?

I've made the biggest money on community sponsored ads ($2500 MRR) without my efford. I have never made any sales or marketing for that! It's organically and community-focused.

It can also make money from job offers but it was a little bit, I've never focused on that.

There is also big potential to sell courses, coaching. I've tested that model and it gave 25% converstion!

The big opportunity is also training and recommending good workers to companies. I've also tested this business model and have 100% success with that. This is a little bit more time-consuming but could be automated.

What marketing initiatives have been used for this business?

Creating community which is running on its own right now. Nothing else. Clients are going to me by themselves, tech people also! It's self-running 100%.

How can the future owner improve this business?

I've got some ideas for serious people.
