Operations

We have 3 video editors and 3 copywriters that produce the videos and 2 customer support managers that do all the communications between the customers and the team. Regarding the time spent on the backend of the business, it's pretty much 0h. We have a COO, the last person in the company that handles some urgencies on a daily basis as well as marketing for our company. Right now Luka and I (owners) have maybe 2-3h/w that we spend on a strategy meeting with the COO but we don't have to be there.

Customers

Our customers are mainly dropshippers, that's 90%. And other 10% are ecom business owners that send us the product to shoot an ad from scratch. We have one person to whom we outsource this and it's working very well. For dropshippers we do just video editing. All clients are international and we mainly aquire them through fb ads, addiliates, and recommendations from old clients since we have a lot of repeat customers.

Financials

We've had very stable profits/revenue over the last 2 years and it's pretty consistent month over month. We have a full P&L statement to show for this.

Additional Notes

The main point is that it doesn't require almost no time, it's very stable and systematized with very familiar branding in the industry. We have been working with all the most famous people in dropshipping Steve Tan, Petar Pru, Nick Peroni, John Verum, Mordechai Arba from Ecom Hunt, etc.

We have one more business and we can't focus on both at the same time.

We have our custom build website and a programmer who is working on a freelance basis as needed
