Why are you selling the business?

I am building a new startup. It's taking much of my time.

What is included in the sale?

A blog I wrote that went viral on Reddit. The content will belong to the buyer.

React, Node.js, Express and Firebase (Auth and database)

Mainly I've been using SEO to drive traffic.
