Users can do exercises with help of AI to train cognitive skills (such as learning to think positively). The focus here is on actively learning, because it requires habit formation which takes work. AI makes this active learning possible because the AI mimics a psychologist. Without AI, it's often too difficult to practice these skills because you have to come up with the questions and the answers rather than only the questions.

To give a simple example, say you want to practice positive thinking without AI. Then a non-AI app would ask you "please think about a situation where you made a mistake. Then, think about how you felt. Then finally, reframe this in a positive way". Very general. Now with AI it's easy, the AI simply gives you a situation of choice: "You are at a school and the class laughs at you for something yoy said. You feel embarrassed. Think about how you can frame this positively". This is much more specific. After answering, the AI can also provide feedback or additional answers. You can even leave the response blank and let AI think for you.

python django, vanilla javascript, supabase for the database, vultr for hosting/server (ubuntu), stripe for payments, openAI API for the AI

What actions are required to keep the business working?

Grow a userbase, then profit. Also the terms of service should be properly checked and altered, the current version is not 100% complete.

How does your business make money?

Users pay for a subscription which unlocks the AI-based exercises.

What marketing initiatives have been used for this business?

None

How can the future owner improve this business?

Add additional exercises. Currently there are only 8-10. But I can think of 50+ exercises.

Add additional features that allow more customization of the exercises (e.g. a slider for how long the AI's responses should be, a slider for how many situations the AI should give in one response, and so on).
