Pay our two customer support staff monthly (independent contractors).

How does your business make money?

We take a 3.9% commission on every delivery route our app grabs for our users.

What marketing initiatives have been used for this business?

At the very start of the company, some posts in various Facebook groups. But no marketing has been done in more than a year.

How can the future owner improve this business?

1. High leverage 1: Expand to other countries (India), and develop the countries we have just entered (Japan, Singapour, Australia).
2. High leverage 2: Duplicate the Flexomatic concept on other Gig Economy businesses (Instacart, Grubhub, Glovo...)
3. High leverage 3: Develop partnerships with other companies that are providing services to the Gig workers (medical insurance, holiday providers, sick days...)

• Do some marketing. Good marketing campaigns could have a high ROI since the potential customers are well-identified: just target Amazon Flex drivers.
• Adapt the pricing to countries (US get tips that don't get charged, UK don't) -Continue to improve the iOS version: it is already being used by clients, but there are some features to develop to make it as complete as the Android version. We are working on it daily though.
