AI Lawyer is an AI-powered assistant platform designed to make legal processes more accessible for everyone. Users can get fast, practical, and affordable answers to their basic legal questions within seconds.

Currently, AI Lawyer provides AI-generated legal information only, but it aims to integrate with licensed lawyers in future phases. With this model, even with just 20–30 users, it has the potential to generate revenues in the XX,XXX$ range. The goal is to offer a smart solution for high-value individual legal consulting needs.

Why are you selling the business?

Although AI Lawyer was developed in Turkey, it faced significant regulatory limitations due to local laws. In Turkey, lawyers are not allowed to advertise or promote themselves through digital platforms, which directly restricts the growth potential of a product like AI Lawyer.

In contrast, markets such as Europe and the United States have much more flexible legal frameworks. In these regions, offering legal consultancy through digital channels and allowing lawyers to gain visibility online is legally permitted.

For that reason, I believed the product needed to grow in a market with fewer restrictions in order to reach its full potential. That’s why I decided to sell the project to be further developed by a global player in a more suitable regulatory environment.

How does your business make money?

AI Lawyer provides legal support to users through artificial intelligence. By purchasing a premium subscription, users gain access to unlimited chats with AI Lawyer and the ability to analyze legal documents and images using AI-powered visual recognition.

How can the future owner improve this business?

For users with complex legal cases, AI Lawyer can offer lawyer referrals through its platform. In such cases, if a user downloads AI Lawyer, interacts with the assistant, and decides they need real legal representation, they can be connected with a listed attorney.

If the user reaches an agreement with the lawyer—for example, a $4,000 case—AI Lawyer earns a commission of 10–20%, resulting in $400–$800 in revenue from a single user.

With just 10 such users per month, the platform can generate significant income, highlighting a scalable and high-margin revenue opportunity.
