The Company is a platform business that provides last mile delivery services to the general public through a mobile app.

The mobile app allows a User to hire a Rider to procure desired products for the User from any merchant. We also have an e-commerce on-boarding platform that allows merchants to offer their products to the public using us as a delivery service provider.

The Company has been in operation since 2018 and operates primarily in the Klang Valley. We have plans to expand nationwide in 2022

Why are you selling the business?

We recently had many conglomerates & corporations lowballing us to buy us over. However, we feel this has so much more potential to be massive & eventually a unicorn company, thus we are looking for someone who feels the same & would like to acquire us to grow it further. We feel someone who is good in marketing can grow this much faster than us, we spent millions building the app & tech to as close as the big delivery players in less than 4 years only. We are open to a strategic partnership or acquisition fully.

Do alot more marketing, we are not experts on marketing we know product development more than marketing thus if the right staretgy is used this can easily grow 5-10x within months.
