Customers can do the following:
Reporting features enable admin users to quickly see if they are over budget on a project, track their teams time tracking and export reports on time, invoices or company expenses.
One of the most loved features of this SaaS is the timer feature that lets you track time on projects/tasks and automatically add them to the timesheet, which later gets used to bill the client when you create an invoice.
Invoices and quotations can be downloaded as PDF with customers logo/address etc, they can also be emailed directly from within the platform.
Reporting is also available and can be exported as a file in CSV, Excel or PDF format.
Why are you selling the business?
Founding team is no longer working on the project and interest/motivation to continue working on it has dried up. Would be better for someone else to come in with a fresh approach and grow it into a strong competitor in the space.
History
This project was launched several years ago and at the time it had around > 10 customers paying for the service monthly. I am a web developer and unfortunately never put the time and effort into marketing or sales so it never reached it's full potential.
This site was previously on a different domain (which expired), so I purchased a good aged domain to include in the sale. Domain has a fresh presence on Google and is also more than 1 year old already - should be quick to index new pages added to the site.
Competitors
There are several large competitors in this space such as QuickBooks, Freshbooks, Sage etc.
The business management and productivity tools is a huge industry and virtually every business or freelancer/remote worker needs a tool like this to manage their business effectively.

The business follows a Software as a Service model (SaaS), with a focus on monthly or yearly billing based on number of team members on the account. Recurring subscriptions are handled using Stripe.
What marketing initiatives have been used for this business?
Little to no marketing has been done. Early customers were from word of mouth within our own network.
How can the future owner improve this business?
With some marketing and sales effort, this startup can see tremendous growth. Our team has skills in design and development but severely lack in marketing.
