MidRipple is an influencer platform that helps brands discover, negotiate, and work with content creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc. Due to the unorganized nature of Influencer marketing, this platform helps brands and influencers manage all their sponsorship related communications and details in one place. Influencers can sign up, apply to brand campaigns, and set-up their profiles which serve as a media kits and Brands can register to immediately start inviting Influencers to their campaings. The platform integrates seamlessly with payment gateway to allow for a streamlined experience.

Why are you selling the business?

We initially created this platform as part of our main project. However, our company has pivoted into offering marketing services as an agency. Due to this, we are unable to allocate time to operate the platform.

What is included in the sale?

Only the influencer paltform is included in the sale. The brand name "MidRipple" and its associated services like marketing agency will not be part of the sale.

The sale includes the following:

• The entire platform equipped with dashboards for brands, influencers, and website admin.
• Marketing collaterals like PDF of invitations for Influencers.
• The influencer databse which is currently small with less than 500 listed Influencers (all of them non-USA/non-Europe).
• Complete source code.

What is the technological stack?

Built with PHP using Codeigniter framework.

What actions are required to keep the business working?

• Inviting Influencers and brands on the platform.
• Setting up a one-time email/text notification system to update influencers and brands.
• Providing minimal customer support, if needed.

How does your business make money?

The platform makes money by way of commision on each successful transaction. The suggest commission rate to be charged is 20% on the total campaign value.

Neither brands nor influencers have to pay to access the platform. The commission amount is charged to the brand.
