Why are you selling the business?

We were unable to raise funds to build out the plan - the product / market fit is proven, the exhibitors LOVE the concept, great ROI, testimonials, intent to return. But someone with better connections to the niche sources of capital that would fund this business would drive it further than we can.

The events we ran were run very well; there is an optimized approach for future events that the leadership and active investors agreed will be more compelling and profitable; it would be up to the buyer to decide but we would be happy to walk them through it.
