None but would need some marketing for growth.

SaaS freemium model. Each account includes a 7 day free trial.

What marketing initiatives have been used for this business?

None. I'm currently awaiting a listing on AppSumo for Black Friday but thats it.

How can the future owner improve this business?

Definitely an opportunity for growth with the product as-is but could also add some new functionality like SMS or messages outside of Slack.
